Alexis Ibarra-Ibarra
Cake lovers! This is Day 3 of my October Ink Challenge: Yellowjellover, which is #inktober52/#inktober2020* + #linktober2020 + #love. I’ll be posting my work every day, so please keep an eye on The Cake | us vs reality !
Here’s day 3: “Brick” + “Time”

Author: Alexis Ibarra Ibarra
Tecnique: ink {hand drawn}
Date: September 2020
The Master Sword vanished a long time ago, and the only trace that remains of its existence is this worn-out stone, The Pedestal of Time, whose magic , with all sense of irony, was eroded by Time itself.
This one was really hard!!!! “Brick” (inktober) + “Time” (linktober) was a big challenge for me! First of all, I didn’t know how much coolness I was gonna be able to imprint into a… BRICK! I considered a lot of different concepts until I came up with the idea of designing a worn-out Pedestal of Time. I enjoyed drawing the different types of Hyrulean plants growing wildly from the cracks on the pedestal.
I really hope you liked my drawing!

* I made a mistake and worked with the Prompt List of #inktober52, which is the weekly drawing challenge that goes all year round, instead of the October daily challenge of #inktober2020… I’m new at this, so I’m sorry! Still, I am happy with the results, and I’ll be attaching my artwork to the #inktober2020.
